Over 2,100 schools, 430,000 students, and 18,000 teachers already work with us. Since our foundation in 2017, we have opened operations in Spain, Mexico, Italy, Chile, Ecuador, Colombia, Brazil, Peru, and in the United States.
Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based, fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat, kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving, communication skills, and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.


Your mission
You will be part of the Customer Success team, serving as the point of contact for advising schools in Brazil. Your mission will be to ensure the implementation and development of Innovamat's educational proposal in schools, meaning that it is understood, used, and operates perfectly within the schools that work with us across the country.
Your day to day at Innovamat

• You will work with and be responsible for a diverse group of schools, providing systematic support, training, and educational guidance, serving as their point of reference within Innovamat.
• You will build a trusting relationship with the users of our proposal so they understand its value, from teachers, coordinators, and management teams to families.
• You will address daily concerns, help resolve their doubts, and motivate them to use the product and have the best possible experience.
• You will visit schools in person, in different regions, to carry out actions that ensure teachers are properly using the proposal and that the management team is aligned and understands the educational change we are promoting within the institution.
• You will conduct virtual/in-person meetings to provide guidance, training, and follow-up for teaching teams.
• You will need to monitor various KPIs to visualize the usability of our product.
• You will meticulously and systematically record all interactions you have with the schools in our CRM (Salesforce).
• You will work on the relationship with the management team to lead renewals and long-term projects, aiming to maximize resources and generate revenue.
• You will collaborate with other Innovamat teams to achieve the best version of our product: Marketing, Logistics, Product, Learning, among others.
• You will learn from all your colleagues in an environment that promotes excellence.
