Job Description

Work Schedule: Permanent, Full Time

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (Hybrid)

Minimum Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in developing animated banners compliant with DCM/DCS standards
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script
Experience with banner creation tools like Flexitive and Google Web Designer
Skilled in animation frameworks such as GASP (Green Sock) and Snap SVG
Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and task automation tools
Capable of working with responsive and dynamic layouts
Knowledge of best practices for optimizing digital ad performance
Experience integrating dynamic data in ad campaigns
Familiarity with validation and content approval platforms like Proof HQ and Zip Flow

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ad-serving platforms like Google Campaign Manager and Ad Words
Knowledge of advanced animation libraries and frameworks
Previous experience in a digital advertising agency or production environment
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a readiness to adapt to new tools and technologies swiftly

What you will do:

Develop and optimize interactive animated banners that meet DCM and DCS standards, ensuring compatibility with major ad platforms
Utilize tools such as Flexitive, Google Web Designer, GASP, and Snap SVG to design and animate banners across multiple formats
Adapt and transform existing designs into various formats for digital campaigns, maintaining visual consistency and performance
Implement HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script to create lightweight, responsive animations
Work with reusable code components to streamline and enhance banner production efficiency
Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to ensure all deliverables meet technical and aesthetic standards
Test and validate ads to ensure seamless performance across devices and browsers
Manage layout adaptations and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from platforms such as Proof HQ and Zip Flow
Contribute to process reviews, providing insights and suggestions for workflow and delivery optimization
