We´re seeking for a Partner Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all activities related to the Microsoft Partner Center at Nexer. This role involves streamlining sales tools, managing partner co-op funds, ensuring consistent reporting, and driving the submission and success of marketplace offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across regions.
These are the Key Responsibilities:

Partner Center Activities Management:
Streamline sales tools to ensure sellers and presales can focus on selling.
Provide global support to enable sellers to concentrate on new revenue opportunities.
Manage the cost and efficiency of maintaining Partner Center activities. -
Partner Co-op Fund Management:
Assist in identifying and attending Microsoft and conference events.
Coordinate webinars and training for internal resources across Enterprise Applications.
Manage the allocation and usage of co-op funds for marketing efforts.

Nexer Branded Digital Assets:
Locate and update available GTM assets from Partner Center to reflect Nexer branding.
Ensure regions can customize assets for their specific markets.

Partner Marketplace Management:
Drive the submission of approved marketplace offerings.
Process and report on the success criteria of offerings globally and regionally.

Partner Incentives and Rebates:
Track and manage global Po E submissions for rebates.
Monitor and report on global discounts and incentives.
Collaborate with sellers to offer customers a selection of incentive programs.

Consistent Reporting:
Establish clear reporting guidelines and best practices.
Regularly review and analyze campaign performance.
Ensure accurate and consistent reporting for funding and usage.

Solution Partner Management:
Track Solution Partner Scores and evaluate performance, certifications, and customer success.
Manage advanced specialization requirements and goals for new certifications.
Provide actions and information to countries for customer association and certification updates.

Logging New Partner Opportunities:
Identify local licensing or project rescue opportunities.
Create and import new deals into CRM for Partner Center.
Ensure CRM deals are integrated and submitted correctly.
Liaise with Microsoft for deal resolution and compile customer assessment reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Microsoft partner management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across regions and departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Fluent English
