• Managing the payroll confection, in a monthly basis, for both countries (BRA & ARG).
• Supporting all payroll related processes such as reports, accruals, taxes, database management.
• Offering local support for BRA & ARG employees in payroll, union and labor matters.
• Supporting payroll audits, when required.
• Running payroll taxes calculations according to country requirements.
• Maintaining a high-level relationship with ADP as payroll provider and with external accounting services.
• Acting as the local payroll responsible person and strong connection with USA payroll department
• Resolving employees’ questions and account issues when related to payroll, labor laws, union requirements and taxes matters.

• Proficient user in ADP payroll software and platforms
• Strong knowledge in labor and union matters
• Proficient math skills
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and accruals
• Ability to work in a collaborative space

• University degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Up to 5 years of payroll confection, support and management
• Must have ADP payroll software knowledge in both countries
• Familiarity with the Oracle ERP system is highly desirable
