Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the annual People & Culture plan for Kosmos.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of functions and businesses, in close partnership with hiring managers. Define job descriptions, post vacancies in relevant channels, screen applications, interview and evaluate candidates, and recommend finalists.
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of new people processes and tools, to support employees’ life cycle.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of employer branding initiatives.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the delivery of training programs to enhance employees’ skills and competencies.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
Requirements
- A dynamic, proactive and hands-on professional, that brings functional expertise to help on defining and implementing critical people management processes.
- Bachelor’s in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar.
- You have demonstrated 8-10 years’ experience in the Human Resources/ People function, with at least 5 years in recruitment roles. Desirable knowledge of employment legislation.
- Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
- You have strong values and ethic, value diversity and promote inclusiveness and fairness.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication in English (other languages a plus).
