Your mission

As a Product Manager for our Crypto Exchange Project at La Finteca, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, compliance, and customer support, to deliver a world-class trading platform tailored to the Brazilian market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the crypto exchange platform.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Brazilian crypto and fintech market.
  
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
  
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and strategic objectives.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create user-friendly and scalable solutions.
  
• Write clear and comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs).
  
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  
• Analyze user data and feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  
• Understand customer needs and pain points through direct interaction and data analysis.
  
• Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes
  
• Groom backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retros, unblock your team
  

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches in the Brazilian market.
  
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech products, passion for decentralized finance and the Consensys mission.
  
• Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum), and tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA, Notion, Figma).
  
• Experience with website development and optimization.
  
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  
• In-depth knowledge of the Brazilian financial and regulatory environment.
  
• Understanding of local consumer behavior and market dynamics in Brazil.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
