- Serve as a Techno-functional System Analyst, delivering expertise in SAP supply chain areas, specifically "Order-to-Cash" processes.
- Guide the design and development of solutions for Supply Chain projects.
- Deliver exceptional service while enhancing system stability and streamlining support processes.
- Build strong partnerships with business users to understand needs and optimize end-to-end solutions.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to provide insights, eliminate waste, and enhance system performance.
- Provide training and mentoring to the support community.
- Participate in rotational off-hour support.

Consulting & Implementation:
- Lead SAP S/4HANA upgrade projects, ensuring seamless transition and optimization of the SD module.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP solutions.

Pricing Procedure Expertise:
- Design, configure, and optimize pricing procedures in SAP SD to ensure alignment with business strategies and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing condition records, discounts, and promotional pricing.

Brazilian Localization:
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax regulations, including ICMS, PIS, and COFINS, in all SAP SD processes.

Implement solutions for electronic invoicing (Nota Fiscal) and other localization requirements specific to Brazil.

Support & Optimization:
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing SAP SD processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex SD-related issues, enhancing system efficiency and user satisfaction.

Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of all configurations, processes, and customizations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and junior consultants on best practices in SAP SD and local compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills – can deal and communicate effectively in English (both in writing and verbally) with systems colleagues and business users.
- An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges.
- Structured and self-disciplined approach to working – can work on own initiative.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities.
- Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets.
- Proven experience leading S/4HANA upgrade projects, with a deep understanding of migration strategies and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP SD functionalities and integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, FI).
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
- DRC knowledge to support and improve processes.
