What you will be doing:

• Understanding the competitive landscape to define our right to win in the country and help making strategic decisions.
  
• Define and implement the commercial strategy for Brazil.
  
• Cross team collaboration to ensure success.
  

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar role, preferably in the payment industry.
  
• A consultative approach that’s successful with C-suite and business owners.
  
• Technical proficiency and ability to understand complex technical concepts and product functionalities.
  
• Demonstrated ability to balance technical and commercial considerations when making strategic decisions.
  
• Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and evaluating new market opportunities.
  
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
  
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  
• Strong analytical skills and methodological way of working.
  
• Excellent communicative skills (concise and direct) and experience in identifying and influencing key decision makers and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
  
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
