Senior IT Business Analyst to join our technical team supporting Securities Services area. This role is pivotal in supporting project delivery and application support, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for capital markets projects;
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals;
• Develop detailed functional specifications and user stories for application enhancements;
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions;
• Conduct impact analysis and feasibly studies for new initiatives;
• Support application troubleshooting and performance monitoring to ensure optimal system functionality;
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users;
• Maintain documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides;
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting capital markets technology;

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as business analyst in financial services or capital markets domain;
• Understanding of trading systems, risk management, and regulatory requirements;
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team;

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of programing languages or scripting (e.g.: SQL)
• Experience with application support and incident management processes;
• Familiarity with financial instruments and market dynamics.
