As a Senior Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to bring new companies from LATAM, including those in the food and beverage and beauty industries. The company will act as their logistics arm in the U.S.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Lead business development efforts to strengthen and expand the company's presence in the US and LATAM markets.
• Utilize Hub Spot CRM to manage and optimize client relationships, sales pipelines, and business operations.
• Travel frequently (50%) between the US and LATAM regions to foster client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure project success.
• Develop strategic initiatives that align with the company's international growth objectives.
• Act as a problem-solver and work independently to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum requirements:

• Studies: A High School Degree is required. Desirable higher studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in International Business (Import-Export) and, sales and business development experience is required. Must have a proven understanding of US-LATAM business dynamics.
• Other requirements: Proficiency with Hub Spot CRM. A valid US Visa is required for travel purposes.
• Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

Perks:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Brazil Time).
• Contract: Indefinite term contract.
• Location: Only for Sao Paulo, Brazil. This position is remote; however, candidates should be available to visit the office if needed and have the flexibility to travel to the U.S.
• Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and skills.
