The Role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The individual will work in a remote capacity. There might be times when the individual will need to attend onsite meetings at the client in Sao Paulo.

For over three years now AMS has been entered an exciting partnership with Novo Nordisk where we deliver expert support to their global talent acquisition team across both talent sourcing and recruitment administration.

Novo Nordisk is a leading global healthcare company, founded in 1923 and headquartered in Denmark. They do so by pioneering scientific breakthroughs, expanding access to medicines and working to prevent and ultimately cure disease. As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role will involve liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, managing workload as well as putting together innovative resourcing strategies to meet their expectations entirely.


Key Accountabilities
  • Fully utilize relevant ATS (Applicant Tracking System) ensuring that activities are conducted within the ATS as appropriate, that data accuracy and quality is maintained through all processes and that it accurately reflects the status of all activity
  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers (as directed) to take detailed briefs on role requirements
  • Proactively source candidates utilizing different channels and techniques (e.g. search engines, job board databases, social networking sites) utilizing Channel Activation Matrices or other directions as appropriate
  • Develop own network of candidates and seek to grow such network with relevant candidates for sector supported
  • Engage with identified candidates to qualify suitability for the role, to sell the role and prospective Client and to encourage candidate to actively apply for role
  • Manage job board advertising or Client career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
  • Upon application in order to create long-lists
  • Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates utilizing CRM (Candidate Relationship Management) technology where appropriate, managing candidate communications as directed to ensure talent pools remain relevant.
Skills & Experience
  • Solid level of experience sourcing candidates from different levels (generalist, specialist, niche, diversity, pipeline) is a must have
  • Experience working for a large matrixed company
  • Experience working for a recruitment consultant or agency
  • Experience using Linked in recruiter as well as Vagas.com to source candidates
  • Experience in working with recruitment systems/applicant tracking systems
  • Previous background with Pharmaceutical Industry is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and written and spoken English is a must have. Fluency in Spanish is a nice to have.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and teammates
  • Personality to drive a change management within recruitment processes
  • Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
