Software License Compliance Analyst

Estamos com uma oportunidade para Analista de License Compliance na ESSS, com atuação em Florianópolis/SC, São Paulo/SP ou Rio de Janeiro/RJ, de forma híbrida. Oportunidade desde Júnior a Sênior.
Nesse cargo, você irá identificar e investigar o uso indevido de licenças de Ansys, objetivando regularizar o uso do software por meio da aquisição de licenças. Esta posição envolve uma atuação na América Latina, por isso, buscamos alguém com capacidade de comunicação em Espanhol.
- Investigar e negociar com empresas que utilizam as ferramentas Ansys de forma irregular;
- Conduzir e gerenciar (junto a Ansys Inc.) processos de auditoria junto a clientes existentes com o objetivo de verificar se o uso das ferramentas está conforme contrato de licenciamento em vigor;
- Elaborar e executar plano de ação para recuperação de receita;
- Conduzir e gerenciar, junto ao comercial e com os assessores jurídicos, tais processos com fim de obter alguma remediação, aplicação de multa ou regularização do software.
- Conhecimento do mercado de software;
- Conhecimento dos processos de vendas;
- Habilidades em Superar Objeções;
- Habilidade de Negociação;
- Capacidade de comunicação em Espanhol.
Desejável:
- Desejável conhecimentos em Inglês;
- Conhecimentos de Direito Autoral.
