- Take ownership of analytical projects end-to-end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building structured analysis to rigorously evaluate problem and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations, communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and translate into actionable initiatives
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback, validate requirements, and drive consensus among stakeholders
- Support ad-hoc strategic projects by analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive strategic decision-making by senior management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or business analysis roles with a strong track record of successfully problem-solving and delivering business results
- Ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts clearly and concisely and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments and handle multiple ad-hoc projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency and advanced G-sheet/ Excel skills
- Knowledge and proficiency in SQL is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the logistics sector in Brazil, including market trends, competitive landscape and regulations is a plus
