- Competence in generating ideas and insights to improve processes and support stakeholders.
- Proficient in data analysis to support fact-based decision-making.
- Experience in building financial business cases, with a focus on WACC, payback, CAPEX, and OPEX.
- Solid knowledge of budget control and investment monitoring.
- Familiarity with product development in the automotive sector and innovation processes.
- Knowledge of the parts import process, with a focus on logistical optimization and cost reduction.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization practices.
- Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing, Io T, etc.) for innovation.
- Act with responsibility and ownership: Demonstrate commitment, taking ownership of responsibilities and ensuring the efficient execution of actions to achieve expected results.

Software Knowledge:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Power BI experience is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Advanced knowledge of quality tools, logistics, and cost management
- Strong negotiation skills
Experience:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in product development is desirable
- Experience in project/business management is desirable
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering) - Other degrees will be considered depending on professional experience.
- MBA preferred.
Language:
Advanced/ Fluent English
