Job Description
- Trilingual: Portuguese, English and Spanish (Mandatory)
- 4+ years of recruiting experience or agency recruiting (Mandatory)
- BPO industry experience
- Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel + power point)
- Hybrid Modality availability (Mandatory)
- 2+ of team management experience (Mandatory)

Responsibilities:
- Recruit candidates by using databases, portals, social media etc.
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
- Interview scheduling.
- Communication management & follow-up.
- Candidate data maintenance.
- Support onboarding activities.
- Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports.
- Lead and follow up the existing team of recruiters.
- Talent Market reports
