We are currently recruiting a Talent Acquisition Trainee to work with our team in Brazil.

What will be your challenges?

• You will learn how to perform the end to end recruitment and selection process with a buddy.
• You will learn and become the expert in posting vacancies on Linkedin and job boards in a regional way.
• Provide support in talent programs
• You will have the opportunity to participate in the organization of one of the most important recruitment processes of the company: Graduate Program! who are our future leaders of Ausenco
• Support in employer branding activities: fairs and talks at Universities!

What are we looking for in you?

• Recent graduate in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related fields.
• Availability to do an internship for 1 year (Indispensable)
• Intermediate English (since you will be part of a multicultural team!)
• Experience doing internships in Human Resources (Desirable)
• You will join a dynamic, fun and above all passionate about what we do! That is why we are looking for someone proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and contribute!
• You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid format, sharing in the office 2 times a week!
