What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for a Treasury Lead based in Brazil to join our Treasury Operations team. The ideal candidate will be helping to build financial strategies in the short, medium, and long terms.
What will I be doing?
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash movements, investments, and financing.
- Ensure the company's adequate liquidity to meet its financial obligations.
- Develop and implement cash management and working capital strategies.
- Oversee and administer the company's financial reserves, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and objectives.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial management and mitigate risks.
- Monitor and manage financial risks, including market and credit risks.
- Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other business partners.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Participate in special projects related to financial management and strategic initiatives.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Proven experience in corporate treasury and financial reserve management.
- Practical knowledge of reserve pilot operations and liquidity optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, capital markets, and risk management techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficient in financial management tools and treasury software.
- Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Professional certifications in treasury management or related fields will be an advantage.
