This position is responsible to lead validation program at site focused on Process Control & Validation, Water System & Critical Utilities and Equipment Colgate's Quality Standard based on Validation Master Plan, Risk Analysis/Assessments, KPI´s, local sanitary agency and ISO requirements, including computerized systems. Also, the person will be responsible to participate/conduct validation process, review and approve protocols/reports related to site projects and monitor related CAPA.

Also, the person will be responsible to participate/conduct validation process, review and approve protocols/reports related to site projects and monitor related CAPA.
Principal responsibilities:
- Guarantee implementation of Colgate´s Quality Standards requirements at site;
- Actively participate in Colgate Quality Standards evaluation related to Process Control & Validation (QS-22), Water System and Critical Utilities (QS-40) and Equipment (QS-43) to ensure finished product integrity;
- Accomplish internal requirements according to Quality Manual, Quality Plan, Validation Plan;
- Support site quality system management by KPI, risk analysis, train and coordinate validation activities at site, including local sanitary agency, ISO requirements;
- Ensure Validation program continuity, according to the Validation Master Plan;
- Coordinate and supervise internal team and external consultants to carry out the qualifications of equipment and/or computerized systems.
- Water System Validation;
- Automation and Analytics knowledge will be consider as a differential;
- Computerized System Validation and Control;
- Validation Support audit programs (corporate or external agencies);
- Train internal/external partners to understand Colgate´s requirements to develop people capabilities and execute the correct equipment and/or systems validation;
- Review and approve protocols and reports related to site projects (RA, DQ, FTA, IQ, OQ, PQ/PV) and risk assessments;
- Monitor progress of CAPA from validation steps;
- Evaluate, comment and approve site-generated change controls;
- Review and approve Pre-Launch and Post-Launch Check-List. o Support on projects for innovation (automation, digitization & analytics);
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or related areas
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Experience in validation activities (e.g. drafting/executing/completing equipment or instrument qualification, formula validations, computer system validation, etc)
- Knowledge in regulated agencies, documents and laws
- English - At least intermediate
