• You graduated/will graduate between 2022 and August 2025 with a Bachelor's or Master's degree or College/CEGEP diploma in engineering, business, business technology management, computer science, mathematics, statistics, operations/logistics/supply chain or related fields, with no more than 3 years delay between degrees.
• You have less than three years of combined professional experience, excluding past internship experiences.

Technical Skills (you have some of the following)

• You understand the basic principles of working with large and complex datasets.
• You have introductory experience or have the desire to learn data tools and software such as SQL, SAS, Micro Strategy, Java, Kotlin, or Objective-C.
• Familiar with project/program managemnt principles, frameworks and tools (e.g. PMP)
• Experienced with lean/agile concepts, processes and tools (e.g. JIRA, Kanban
• Tech savvy with a desire to keep up to date with the latest technology (including IT and cloud)

• You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
