At EA, Producers are the creative visionaries for the product. They are the individuals who build and motivate teams to accomplish their goals of shipping AAA quality titles on time and on budget.
DCL (Data Collection & Licensing) supports the entire FC Franchise by providing the data behind all licensed players, clubs, and competitions, as well as, manages the production of Licensed Content. We also work with manufacturers and licensors to ensure we provide the most authentic representation of the sport. During your time here you will report to the EAV Development Manager for DCL.
- Create and manage production schedules for one or more types of licensed asset, that fit within the larger development timeline of the title(s) you are supporting.
- You will work through your production team to ensure the highest-quality output.
- You will help devise, track, and report on production KPIs for your area(s).
- You will be the primary contact for your area(s) within DCL and across the development team.
- You will work with industry standard and proprietary tools to review, and manage feedback on assets.
- You will support & guide the development of junior producers on your team.
- Coordinating testing for your area(s) with our Quality Verification (QA) team.
- Track and manage risks & challenges pertaining to your area that arise during development.
- Excellent eye for "in-game" quality.
- Can build on projects quickly, and at the expected level of quality.
- Interest in football, and experience with the FC product.
- Proactive, effective, and comfortable communicator (In writing, on calls, and in-person)
- You are able to identify future risks, or opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
- You are familiar with agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- You have experience with Jaa S (JIRA), Confluence, and the Google/MS suite of office apps.
- Associates Degree or higher (or similar technical certification)
- 3-5 years in game development or similar field, with at least one shipped title or similar media project.
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
