Overview of the Position
The Associate, Acquisitions & Asset Management (US Multifamily) will report to the Associate Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management, and will be responsible for evaluating and executing on the acquisition, financing and disposition of multifamily investments. The Associate will also play an active role in the oversight of the portfolio of multifamily investments located in the US.


Greybrook is seeking a qualified and talented professional with a background in finance, real estate, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in investment banking, audit, private equity, asset management, financial modeling or investment analysis. The candidate should have a strong proficiency with Excel, excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
Acquisitions Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Assist in the financial analysis and modeling to evaluate potential acquisitions and dispositions.
• Assist with the preparation of financial packages for consultants and lenders on acquisition, disposition and potential financing.
• Support the due diligence on acquisition, financing and disposition processes and coordinating with other departments and external partners.
• Help prepare investment proposals and presentations for review by the Associate Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management.

Asset Management Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Conduct market research to develop a deep understanding of our portfolio and the multifamily investment market.
• Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure that we are successful in implementing our investment strategy and meeting timelines for deliverables.
• Run financial analysis and modeling to evaluate our current investments, proposing and implementing changes to our investment strategy as required.
• Prepare financial packages for consultants and lenders on acquisition, disposition and potential financing.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in market research, financial modeling, investment analysis, and due diligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
• Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to gather, synthesize and organize large datasets.
