We are looking for an experienced Casino Coordinator to assist in maintaining a high standard and contributing towards the company’s KPIs. Apart from daily analytics on Casino products and profitability, a focus on game releases and customer management will round up the duties. The role is fully remote; however, we prefer the candidate to be located in Europe and will be required to work in the Canadian/US time zone.
- Ensuring the launch of the games on time and providing a follow-up (identifying any technical issues, keeping track of games performances and promotions)
- Communicating with internal departments (design and marketing team, customer service department) and external providers.
- Manage and release new casino games on the company websites
- Upload game thumbnails and all assets related to the casino and bingo product
- Test games and ensure they work correctly, report any game-related issues
- Coordinating internal and external Gaming-Tech related tasks/issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute CRM campaigns
- Provide 2nd line support for game-related issues
- Make sure that games are compliant with the licenses we operate under
- Assist in game testing on Staging and Production Environments
- Be responsible for keeping internal documentation up to date
- Assist the Head of Casino with ongoing projects and daily Ad-Hoc tasks
- Experience working in the Gaming Industry and a good understanding of online casino
- A team player.

- Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility, self-accountability, ‘’can-do’’ attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Experience within the i Gaming industry
- French language will be a plus
- Flexible to work on weekends
