POSITION DETAILS:

The roles are temporary to permanent.

SALARY: $20.50-$22 per hour

SHIFT: MUST be available to work between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

FULLY IN OFFICE - in Ottawa

MUST complete 3 weeks of training and cannot miss a day – Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm

MUST have a clear CRC and MUST get a security clearance (fingerprints) before first day

Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years (not leaving the country for more than 2 months) – this is a necessary condition for the background check.

Have to be able to work between 8am-8pm Monday through Friday
Ability to complete 3 week training sessions (Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm for 3 weeks)
Need to have a clear criminal record
Ability to provide an original copy of a security clearance (fingerprints) on your first day
Parking is limited, so transit is encouraged
In depth training is provided for each role

Qualifications:

Bilingual in French/English
Background in any customer service role is an asset.
Professional, self-starter with the ability to assume additional responsibilities and work flexible hours as required
Previous experience in a customer support role through a contact center is an asset
Capable of using different methods of communication simultaneously, i.e. email, telephone, video call, and chat
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situations
Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints, without direct supervision
