Armour Transportation is looking for an Billing Specialist to join our team based in Moncton, NB.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for a defined group of accounts to manage daily, ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
Audit accounts daily for specific details pertaining to each account.
Review and correct any entries within the Correction Queue.
Work with the Collections Team to ensure Customer requests are addressed timely to ensure accounts are kept within payment terms.
Liaise with the Pricing, Sales, Logistics Coordinators and Operations Departments as required.
Assist the team during periods of overload, vacation or absences to meet Department deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge and ability to interpret billing rates.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook is an asset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail is required.
Self-motivated with proven organizational skills.
Good communication skills with both internal and external Customers.
Effectively and professionally managing key accounts on both billing and collection issues.
Experience and knowledge of Truck Mate is an asset.
Transportation knowledge is considered an asset.
