We are currently seeking a Branch Manager to join our Calgary, AB team. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the Branch Manager must have a keen attention to detail, be customer-focused, and possess an entrepreneurial attitude. Leadership skills, multi-tasking abilities and a desire to exceed customer & company expectations are also required. The successful applicant should be able to coordinate & execute sales strategies with persistence and determination.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities, create initiatives, and manage all sales activity within the territory.
- Maintain and grow current customer base and sales volumes.
- Develop strong customer & vendor relationships.
- Strive for the highest level of customer service within the branch.
- Communicate company initiatives & policies internally.
- Support, manage, and/or coach all branch personnel.
- Execute daily branch functions for sales, admin, and operations.
- Related experience in management, sales, hardware and/or electronic access
- Bachelor’s Degree or Certificate in Business Administration is an asset
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
- Experience with computer systems & processes
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable planning & reporting on a monthly basis

Full-time position. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Due to the nature of our business and products carried, candidates must be bondable with no criminal record. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
