Sterling Crane Canada Sterling Crane Canada has an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to fill the permanent salaried position of Branch Administrator based in Coquitlam, BC. This is a full-time position reporting to the Branch Manager. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.

• Completing weekly payroll for hourly employees.
• Client invoicing.
• Maintenance of on-site employee records.
• Credit control and accounts receivable.
• Processing vendor/supplier invoices.
• Document control administrative auditing.
• Other administrative tasks as required.

• High school Diploma – 1-3 years administrative experience in related industry.
• Experience with FCC (Fleet Cost and Care), Microsoft Applications with an emphasis on Excel and Word, Power Bi, Share Point and One Drive are considered an asset.
• Experience with unionized payroll environments and payroll processes is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the crane industry is an asset.
