Reporting to our Production Manager, we are looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our Production team as a Cannabis Cultivation Technician.
WHAT WILL YOUR DAYS LOOK LIKE?
- Perform all the tasks in the growing process including but not limited to: Cloning, Transplanting, Harvesting/Trimming
- Maintain concise daily records and ensure documentation is accessible and organized in compliance with company SOPs and Health Canada regulations.
- Cleaning trays, water lines, hoods, and other equipment and tools as directed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Certificate or Diploma in horticulture or related field.
- Ability to perform repetitive work for extended periods.
- Knowledge of growing techniques, including Cloning, and transplantation
- Takes direction, organized, and detailed oriented-oriented with good judgment in raising issues to leadership
- Flexible, collaborative, team-oriented person with good communication skills
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Experience in agriculture/greenhouse setting, or a related field
- knowledge of plant and pest management is an asset.
- Experience in a Health Canada licensed cannabis production facility is an asset.

- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or a person on whom refugee protections has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
