Are you a Salesforce CRM expert with experience training internal and/or external groups on CRM best practices? WS Audiology Canada is hiring a Salesforce Trainer to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Solutions, the Salesforce Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive Salesforce products and solutions training programs to our staff and clients. The Salesforce Trainer will ensure that all users acquire the necessary skills to maximize their use of Salesforce to enhance productivity and achieve business goals.
This is a hybrid position based in Burlington, ON (2-3 days per week minimum onsite based on business needs) with some infrequent travel across Canada for in-person training engagements as required.
What you'll be responsible for:

Training Program Development:
- Train and assist power users in creation of complex dashboards that provide insights into sales performance, customer data, or other key sales metrics.
- Design and develop Salesforce training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different user groups within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices.

Training Delivery:
- Plan and conduct training sessions for employees and clients both in-person and virtually.
- Use various instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to champions and key users as needed.

Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, testing, and performance metrics.
- Modify training content and delivery methods based on evaluation results and feedback.
- Report on training activities and outcomes to management.

Support and Documentation:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and other documentation to support ongoing Salesforce use.
- Provide post-training support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure successful Salesforce adoption.

Collaboration with internal stakeholders:
- Work closely with Global Salesforce administrators, developers, and other stakeholders to understand system changes and updates.
- Provide support to sales leaders for ongoing and initial training for their team members.
- Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in material and to stay abreast of best practices.
- Completion of post-secondary education, ideally at a Bachelor’s degree level within a relevant field such as Information Technology, Education, or a blend of post-secondary education experience and related experience.
- Certified Salesforce Trainer Certification or relevant Salesforce and/or CRM courses or certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Certified Advanced Administrator, CRM trainer, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in a CRM trainer capacity.
- 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce-specific training capacity.
- Bilingual in English & French would be an asset
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience developing engaging and informative content to learners at various levels for both in-person and virtual delivery sessions.
- Ability to drive adoption through value realization across various learner groups.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortability in leveraging various tools beyond Salesforce including virtual conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.), project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, MS Projects, etc.), LMS platforms, Content and Presentation tools (Power Point, Canva, etc.), and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with post-learning evaluation and data collection to measure adoption and learner experience with the goal of continuous improvement of our training offerings.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strong alignment with WSA values.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with 2-3 days onsite in Burlington
- Ability to participate in some work-related travel as required (~25% on average)
