Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our team. As an English Teacher, you will play a vital role in educating students and fostering their love for the English language.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, literature, and writing skills to students
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin and English in reading, writing, speaking and listening
- Familiar with ESL, ELL curriculum in Canada
- Familiar with Grade K to 8 English Language Arts curriculum
-Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification or license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English grammar and writing
- Experience in teaching or tutoring English is preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
Flexible language requirement:

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
