Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
• Personal Assistance: Assist with personal errands, including shopping, organizing, and managing household-related tasks.
• Family Support: Provide logistical support for family activities, including coordinating appointments, transportation, and daily schedules.
• Child-Related Coordination: Assist with planning and managing children’s activities, ensuring their schedules align with executive commitments.
• Event Planning: Help plan and organize corporate and family events, including coordination with vendors and venues.
• Household Management: Oversee household staff and ensure the home runs smoothly, including light meal preparation and occasional housekeeping.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the executive team and external parties, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, both professionally and personally.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to manage both professional and personal responsibilities.
• Experience with childcare or family support

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.55 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
