Data Analyst (Mandarin Speaking, Engineering background)

Company Background:
- Precise Pipe is a multi-national steel manufacturer and distributor that owns multiple seamless mills and holds half a million metric ton inventory from reputable mills across the globe.
1. Organize and meticulously review company product documents (Mill test report), ensuring precise adherence to parameters.
2. Conduct thorough research to locate technical documents as required.
3. Input and meticulously verify data within company databases and systems.
4. Provide support to colleagues by assisting with administrative tasks when necessary.
5. Maintain regular communication with mills to track production updates on a weekly basis.
6. Monitor ocean freight and coordinate trucking dispatch logistics.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in materials engineering or a related field strongly preferred.
2. Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Perfect English and Mandarin required)
5. Ability to work autonomously while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
6. Prior experience in office administration or data entry would be advantageous.
Location:
- Vancouver, BC.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Annual Base: $45,000-$55,000
Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Have you obtained a Bachelor's degree from Canada in any of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Civil Engineering, or Energy?
