Your Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple platforms (job boards, Linked In, etc.) to find and attract the best talent in the dental field.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client practices.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with dental practices to understand their hiring needs, from general practitioners to specialists and administrative staff.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with both candidates and clients, becoming a trusted partner in their recruitment journey.
- Process Innovation: Leverage tools like Monday.com to streamline the recruitment process and deliver top-notch service.

- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or the dental industry is preferred but not required.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media for recruitment purposes.
