The Immigrant Women’s Information Network (IWIN) is a non‐profit organization dedicated to taking the settlement, gender and racial justice information to the doorsteps of immigrant women in Canada. We provide culturally and linguistically relevant information and resources to help women navigate challenges related to settlement, social integration, gender‐based violence (GBV) and health. Position Overview:
IWIN is seeking a Digital Resource Development Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in creating, managing, and enhancing our digital resources to ensure they are accessible, relevant, and effective for the immigrant women we serve. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital content creation and a deep understanding of the needs of immigrant communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and manage digital resources, including website content, online
courses, webinars, and social media content focused on key issues faced by immigrant women such as housing, employment, GBV, health, and social integration.
  • Collaborate with program teams to identify digital resource needs and align them with organizational goals.
  • Utilize various digital platforms to create and disseminate content, ensuring it is
accessible and culturally sensitive.
  • Manage the production of multimedia content, including social media posts, reels,
videos, and infographics.
  • Optimize digital resources for mobile platforms, ensuring they are user‐friendly and
easily accessible.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital resources, using analytics to drive
improvements and enhance user engagement.
  • Stay updated on digital trends and best practices to continuously improve IWIN’s digital
offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Gender studies, Immigrations
studies or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital resource development, content creation, or a
similar role, preferably within the non‐profit sector.
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant women, particularly related
to settlement, health and GBV.
  • Proficiency in digital content creation tools, including video editing software, graphic
design tools, and content management systems.
  • Experience with website management, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and culturally
relevant digital content.
  • Proficiency in any of the South Asian languages is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Passion for social justice and commitment to IWIN’s mission.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
