Role Mission: Hiring a smart, positive, highly organized, proactive, good-natured person with hands-on experience managing Linked In Ads and marketing automation tools for lead generation and nurture in an agency environment or in-house at a healthcare technology or life sciences company. This person should have experience with Hub Spot, Pardot, or other marketing automation platforms to execute email programs, workflows, lead scoring, list management, dashboards, and more, along with experience building audiences, managing creatives, campaigns and budgets, and reporting on ROI within Linked In Ads.

Under the guidance of a senior digital marketing strategist:
- Gather goals and requirements from clients (virtual meetings + email)
- Translate requirements into tasks and deliverables for our team (copywriters + designers)
- Manage marketing automation programs, social advertising campaigns, and organic social media channels while keeping all the details in check
- Actively monitor and manage programs to proactively test and optimize elements to meet goals
- Regularly report on progress, turning raw data into insights and recommendations for the client and larger marketing team
- Develop the ability to provide strategic advice to our clients
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology and strategy developments
- 2+ years experience working at healthcare technology/life sciences companies or at digital marketing agencies specializing in healthcare technology/life sciences
- Experience with the Hub Spot marketing automation platform is a must; experience within the Pardot platform is strongly preferred; other marketing automation tool experience is a plus
- Ability to show examples of emails and/or nurture programs that performed well
- Hub Spot or other relevant certifications a plus
- Experience using multiple Linked In Ads ad types for both lead generation and awareness building
- Ability to show examples of campaigns that performed well
- Linked In Ads certifications a plus
- Knowledge of other social media advertising platforms a plus
- Basic coding skills a plus
- A love for deep-diving into campaign data and analytics
- Excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking
- Ability to take direction from senior colleagues and execute on campaigns
- Strong levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Willingness to learn and improve
- Ability to self-manage and consistently meet deadlines while juggling multiple assignments
- Easy to get along with (soft skills)
- Available at least half the time during client hours (8 to 5 CST) for meetings. We are flexible with schedule but it is important that working hours accommodate client meeting needs, which typically take place in the morning US time

- Salary: CAD$81,000 - $108,000 / year (based on experience and performance)
