Digital Senior Manager

Your job
- Ensure the End-to-End delivery of projects while respecting deadlines, budgets and standards, while monitoring their progress with the teams (capacities, velocity).
- Ensure the quality of project data (dates, assignments, milestones) and maintain up-to-date documentation of management processes, tools and templates (portfolio, capacity, budgets).
- Manage delivery roadmaps, release schedule and support PMs/CENs in delivery strategy and risk management.
- Analyze reports, produce summaries for executives and actively participate in coordination meetings and information flow.
- Support teams on project management best practices, support members in their HR development and organize the community of practice.
Within the Digital Delivery department, Individual, you are part of a large team of about a hundred colleagues and you report to the Senior Director - Delivery. Prerequisite
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum or SAFe) and with JIRA tools
- 5 to 10 years of experience in managing large-scale digital projects (web and mobile)
- Leadership skills and team management experience to foster team engagement and well-being
- Facility for negotiating changes in scope, budget or schedule with partners.
