Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and organized Elopement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for the outdoors, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. As an Elopement Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing intimate elopement ceremonies all over the Rockies,, ensuring every detail is perfectly tailored to the couple's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Meet with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their elopement.
- Provide expert advice on location selection and other elements to create a personalized elopement experience
- Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed plans and timelines for each elopement, including logistics, schedules, and vendor coordination.
- Arrange all necessary permits, licenses, and legal documentation required for elopements.
- Vendor Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with local vendors such as photographers, officiants, florists, and caterers.
- Coordinate and oversee vendor services to ensure smooth execution on the day of the elopement.
- On-Site Management:
- Manage all on-site aspects of the elopement, including setup, coordination, and problem resolution
- Ensure that all details are executed as planned and that the ceremony runs smoothly.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from couples in a timely and professional manner.
- Strive to exceed client expectations and create a memorable and stress-free elopement experience.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Assist in promoting our elopement services through social media, website content, and local partnerships
- Contribute to creating marketing materials and showcasing successful elopements to attract new clients.
- Proven experience in event planning, with a focus on weddings or elopements preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- A passion for the Rocky Mountains and a familiarity with the Canmore area is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed
- Proficiency in email communication and familiarity with event management software.
