2. Job Description;
· Experienced Sandblaster duties will include but not limited to operation of high-pressure equipment.
- The Sandblaster controls pressure and direction of the abrasive material to prevent surface damage and injury to co workers.
· Must have valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
· Loading and unloading of equipment
· Cleaning of equipment and sites
· Must be physically fit and able to lift to 50 lbs
· Hours are based on a 10-hour day
3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
· Own transportation as there is no bus service
· Must pass pre-employment testing including drug and alcohol testing
· Walser has a zero tolerance to drugs and alcohol
· Valid drivers license
· CSTS2020
· 2+ years experience in sandblasting
· Standard First Aid, Fall Protection and Elevated Work Platform tickets an asset.
