Clean Harbors is currently looking for a Facility Coordinator (Shipping and Receiving & Compliance) to join the team. This position is responsible for planning drum and bulk shipments, inventory and execution of the shipping paperwork and internal and external compliance requirements.

Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner.
Supports the incoming loads of UMO for all compliance requirements.
Supports the outgoing waste shipments and creation of all internal and external WIN compliance requirements.
Helps in the preparation of outbound paperwork, (prints and creates outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels) associated with the offsite shipments and ensures compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
Supports the load planning function of the plant and confirms the readiness of outbound loads for transportation including rail shipments.
Works closely with internal departments to ensure the outbound needs and schedules and ensure proper communication of disposal outlets’ slot times needs /changes.
Organizes and files incoming and outgoing tank/truck – to – truck/tank material. Enters data of tracking information into database for tracking operations. Assures documentation is submitted in a timely fashion and that system reflects real-time updates.
Controls and manages the aging inventory in accordance with Company goals / standards.
Responsible for adherence to all applicable policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
Responsible for monthly and annual inventory counts and reconciliation.
Other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
3–5 years of shipping/receiving or industry experience is preferred.
Class G driver’s license is required.
