Are you an AZ Driver who is physically fit, enjoys delivering excellent customer service, and working with a great team? Do you like being able to come home at the end of your shift and are you ready for a new challenge? You will be paid in relation to how hard you work! JOB SUMMARY Make scheduled deliveries to clients within the food industry. Hand bomb product from skids and transport to required locations. Complete pre-trip inspection of truck and safely operate equipment. Develop business relationships with clients through daily operations. Delivery to local businesses, no long distance driving necessary. QUALIFICATIONS Must have an AZ licence, clean abstract and CVOR within the last 30 days. Must be able to effectively drive a manual transmission vehicle. A strong customer service attitude, and enjoy interacting with various clients within the industry. Must be able to lift between 60lbs to 90lbs consistently and enjoy a job that will keep you physically fit. Working Conditions: Delivering outdoors in all seasonal weather. SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 5 day work week
Drive delivery vehicle
Load and unload products to be delivered
Inspect the delivery vehicle regularly
Add fuel and maintain detailed records of fuel costs and mileage
Deliver items by the required delivery date and time
Assemble or install items upon delivery (i.e.; furniture, appliances, etc.)
Collect payment or get signatures for proof of delivery
Ensure all items being delivered remain intact during transport and delivery
Truck Driver skills and qualifications
A valid driver’s license for the type of delivery vehicle needed
Certification to handle dangerous goods, if applicable
Secondary school diploma
A clean driving record for the last 12 months
A clean criminal record
Delivery Driver experience requirements
Minimum of 3 years of delivery driver experience with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
