Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and experienced High School Biology Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in their subject area, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire and engage students. Experience teaching Advanced Placement (AP) courses is a significant asset.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum.
• Teach Biology at senior levels (Grades 11 and 12).
• Prepare students for AP examinations and ensure they achieve their full potential.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification/license is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching at the high school level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent classroom management abilities.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with AP curriculum and exams is highly desirable.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
