Precision Well Servicing is the largest service rig provider in Canada, with an impressive fleet of equipment, service rig professionals and strong relationships with top-tier companies. Precision is currently seeking an HR Advisor to join our team.
What Will You Do?

  • HR generalist duties including employee relations, rewards & recognition, policies, and employee development as required
  • Implement and support HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with company strategy and priorities
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance in accordance with company policies
  • Assist management and leadership with employee relations issues and performance management
  • Assist with prepare and support of annual HR processes for performance management, salary and bonus review, and headcount planning
  • Preparation of HR documentation such as contract offers, disciplinary, termination letters
  • Interpret policy and applicable legislation as needed
  • Administrative duties related to HR programs and initiatives
What Will You Bring to the Role?
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in HR, Business or related discipline
  • CPHR designation an asset
  • 3-6 years experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Industrial experience preferred, such as oil & gas, manufacturing, forestry, or construction
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
