Job Title: Feeder Machine Operator
Location: Milton, Ontario
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
Shift: 3:30 PM - 12:00 PM
Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (No sponsorship available)
About the Role:
Join our manufacturing team as a Feeder Machine Operator! We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical skills to set up, operate, and maintain machines. Your focus will be on producing high-quality parts while ensuring safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do
  • Operate machines (shearing, punching, bending) safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-start safety checks and report concerns to your supervisor.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
  • Use software like Dynamic Machine Management (DMM) and drawing vault tools (e.g., Enovia, Vault) to view and manage designs.
  • Work from drawings or supervisor instructions to set up and operate machines.
  • Organize completed orders with proper tagging, bins, and pallets.
  • Monitor machines to prevent jams, clear blockages, and ensure proper lubrication.
  • Handle additional tasks as assigned.
What You Need
  • Education: High school diploma.
  • Experience: At least 1 year operating machines like shears, punches, or benders.
  • Location: Must live within 80 km of Milton, ON.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings/layouts.
  • Digital skills, especially MS Office (Word & Excel).
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
