About the role

We’re looking for a Mailroom Support to join our growing team!

This position will be sorting and distributing broker mail and processing internal mail. This is a temporary 3-month opportunity and will require the successful candidate to be in-office 5-days per week.

What you’ll do here:
  • Perform various recurring administrative tasks such as shipping of documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, setting up workstations, etc.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
  • Respond to a variety of requests.
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested.

What you bring to the table:
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a large corporation in an office environment – is required
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs at one given time – is require
  • Legendary customer service and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and able to manage workflow efficiently without continuous supervision
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
