Title: Manager, Environmental Public Health Service
Salary: $97,462 - $114,661 - $131,861 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri (core hours 9am-3pm)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.
About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Environmental Public Health Services (EPHS) to spearhead strategic planning, policy development, and cross-regional collaboration. In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation of cutting-edge, evidence-based, and culturally informed EPH programs that meet and exceed professional standards. You'll work closely with provincial and federal partners to ensure our programs align with broader environmental health objectives, making a meaningful difference in communities. To be successful in this role you will have;
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Health or Public Health or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Recent, relevant and significant experience in managing province wide environmental public health programs and services and teams (usually acquired over a period of 8-10 years)
- Recent, relevant and significant experience in working with First Nation communities (usually acquired over a period of 8-10 years)

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours. Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements. The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
