Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Assist with patient registration and insurance verification
• Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
• Optimize the clinic flow by doing the following: (1) checking the patient's blood pressure (2) measuring patient's height and weight (3) preparing examination rooms for the patient's visit (4) courting the patient to the examination rooms
• Assist healthcare providers with procedures and treatments as directed
• Process billing and insurance claims accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
• Contribute to making educational and promotional contents for services offered at Rejoo clinic as directed
• Checking inventories and ordering medical supplies
• Checking vaccine fridge and its inventories

Preferences:

• Speaks additional language(s) - Mandarin, Cantonese
• Love for cosmetic services & skincare
• Previous work experience in sales/retails, aesthetic clinic(s) & medical office(s) spa(s)
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products and services
• Previous experience in sales, retails & medispa or office settings (preferred)
• Graphic design and video editing skills to create promotional & educational post/videos are PLUS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Language:

• Being able to speak additional language (e.g. Mandarin, Cantonese) is a valuable skillset

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
