Position Summary:
We are a leader in delivering high-quality healthcare services through innovation and patient-centric care. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Medical Operation Team Lead to guide our administrative team, physician success, and ensure the smooth operation of our facility.
What you will be doing:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor the medical operations team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to team members.
- People & Culture: Champion the company’s culture by fostering an inclusive and positive work environment. Implement and oversee initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and well-being. Ensure alignment of people and culture strategies with organizational goals.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational delivery of all services and technology solutions, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Staff Scheduling & Coordination: Manage and coordinate scheduling for administrative staff, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal workflow
- Practitioner Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships. with clinic practitioners ensuring clear communication and efficient operations. Act as the point of contact for key stakeholders.
- Client Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve client complaints with a commitment to resolving issues within 24 hours, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs). Implement processes to improve client satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Team Coverage and Support: Support the team with sick and vacation coverage.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in medical office administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Physician Support: Experience in supporting physicians' administrative needs and ensuring their operational success.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, partners, and clients.
- People & Culture: Demonstrated experience in fostering a positive workplace culture, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in medical office software and technology solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
