Responsibilities and Duties
1. Providing future clients (via phone and email) information about our services/ sales.
2. Developing client relationships and building customer loyalty.
3. Filing/ scheduling/ maintaining accurate records
4. Following up on leads on a weekly basis.
5. Light cleaning for the opening shift: sweeping floors/ wiping counters/ keeping an orderly environment.
Qualifications and Skills
Hours are weekdays:
Monday-Friday (8 am-5 pm)

The ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
1. Fluent in English
2. Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Word/ Excel/ spelling and grammar
3. Strong communication skills to handle customer requests proficiently
4. Some base knowledge of the trucking industry (not required, but a definite bonus)
5. The ability to multi-task
6. Strong Salesmanship
7. Must pay attention to detail and provide examples of where the candidate has excelled at organization.
8. Possesses a G Class Licence
