Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates packaging line(s) as scheduled, ensuring minimal downtime and waste
• Records required documentation pertinent to packaging line operation on paper as well as entering into an i Pad.
• Verifies dates and codes of product
• Loads labels and makes adjustments to the line according to packaging orders
• Executes customer orders as directed ensuring the use of correct label, date code and any other customer requirements.
• Directs associates on the line, advises when changeover is required, ensures customer product quality
• Promotes a clean and safe working environment
• Capable of identifying obvious malfunctions of the equipment being used
• Input all relative information per SKU in i Pad
• Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada with no restrictions.
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure or tight deadlines
• Able to stand and lift, use hands, eyes and legs
• Positive attitude and great attendance record
• Flexible to change and a willingness to do a good job each day
