Position: Facility Ambassador
Pay rate:$16.00 to $18 Per Hour (depending on qualifications)
Shift availability: Full-Time
Shifts: Weekdays and Weekends as needed
Location: 220 Portage Ave and surrounding areas in downtown Winnipeg
Must have valid class 5 driver license

We are currently looking for a Facility Ambassador to join our Winnipeg team. This position reports directly to the Site Manager. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer assistance and service, parking enforcement services, parking equipment servicing, light cleaning duties and contribute to a world class customer experience.
What you’ll be doing:

• Handle inquiries from customers
• Perform permit audits and space counts
• Monitor and respond to alerts through a variety of platforms
• Address any deficiencies on locations with respect to appearance, safety, equipment
• Patrolling of parking lots
• Issue parking notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking rules
• Coordinating vehicle tows
• Troubleshoot parking equipment and software using a variety of platforms and apps
• Resolve work-related problems, prepare and submit progress and reports
• Light cleaning duties
• Maintain and manage inventory of equipment
• Other related duties may be assigned
