We are looking for a Payroll Clerk to function as a cohesive member of the Administration Team. They will assume responsibility for payroll processing, maintaining employee benefits as well as employee records.
Responsibilities and Duties
- maintain employee records
- make deductions and remittances
- prepare balances and reconciliations
- prepare monthly statements
- prepare employee payments and benefits
- process forms and documentation for administration of benefits
- compile payroll related reports
- inform employees concerning payroll and benefits matters
- prepares T4's for employees
- other duties as required

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
